"We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Laudinella. Rabat at reception was particularly helpful and welcoming, and Fatima, who was on duty at night, was lovely. Another receptionist in the evening was less helpful. The transfer service was good, which was useful as the hotel is quite far from the town centre. The information about the amenities could have been clearer. At reception, we were told that the Jacuzzi and gym cost extra. The public facilities offered as an alternative were around ten minutes away and did not suit our needs. Overall, a lovely hotel and an enjoyable stay, but clearer information about the facilities and friendlier service from the restaurant staff would improve the experience."

The check-in process was fantastic, and the lady at the reception recommended some great restaurants in the area. The room was everything we could have wanted, and even had a washing machine if you have time to freshen up your clothing before taking the train. Would 110% stay at this hotel again when taking the train into Switzerland from Tirano."
