Designed to impress, this upgraded retreat features a chef’s kitchen, granite finishes, and a private in-home theater. Bedrooms are styled for serenity; spa-inspired baths add the perfect touch. Outside, relax in the fenced backyard with wine or dinner on the grill. Style, comfort, and location—this stay has it all. The Space: This home is an entertainer's dream, and we're certain you'll enjoy it during your stay in Spokane! You'll enter the front door into a nearly-seamless sitting room with fireplace, bar seating and chef's kitchen. Just off the sitting room is a living room with large TV cabinet and movies for viewing during your stay. The TV room has a sleeper sofa available. And just off the kitchen and TV room is the dining room with seating for 6, and additional chairs and a leaf extension in a nearby closet. There are 2 bedrooms on this level, one with queen bed and 1 common full bathroom with USB charging stations in every bedroom. The primary bedroom, also on this level, offers a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, beautiful tiled bath/shower, private toilet, and walk-in closet. In the kitchen, you'll find basic oils and spices, silverware, dinnerware, and enough serving dishes and pans to cook for up to 14 people, a drip coffee maker and coffee, a Keurig coffee maker with K-cups, wine glasses and optional wine. And, of course, popcorn! -- Because who has a theater room without popcorn?! Downstairs you'll find our theater room with an electric fireplace, and theater seating for 6, movies for your viewing pleasure, board games, and instructions for use of the theater system. Adjacent the theater room is the Wine Room, with wine barrel tables and seating, a foosball table and queen-size Murphy Bed. The room has a door for privacy and is listed as bedroom #5 but includes the games. (Murphy bed is set up. PLEASE let us know if you expect to not use the Murphy bed. It can be somewhat tricky to put back together. To spare any headaches, we'd prefer to close it up for you.) You'll also find 1 queen bedroom with a day bed and trundle for additional guest needs, 1 king bedroom with Sleep Number bed, and an additional common bathroom with toilet and shower-only (no bath downstairs). Just outside this bathroom, though, the owner has built a beautiful makeup counter with backlit mirror and chair for getting ready for any special event or date night! Our laundry room is downstairs, where we offer laundry detergent for use during your stay. Extra (non-white) towels are provided for our guests with recently tinted or bleached hair, sunless tans, or any accidental spills. Step outside the side door and towards the rear of the home to find a BBQ on the covered patio, perfect for enjoying balmy summer evenings. Parking won't be an issue with our spacious 3-car garage, should you choose to utilize it. Please note, we have a small backyard which is not fenced and unfortunately, pets are not permitted at our property. Relish in our outdoor space, complemented by a BBQ grill, creating an ideal setting for relaxing evenings. We provide fresh coffee to start your day on a bright note. With our prime location, you'll be near everything you could need during your stay, ensuring a comfortable and delightful experience. This home truly is one-of-a-kind! Message the host with any additional questions. We do have a recording devices on the outside of the home for safety and security. Camera(s) do record video and sound, but we respect guest privacy so we only look at the cameras if an issue arises during or after your stay. The front camera is an overhead camera at the front door and faces the street. The side cameras are overhead at each side door and faces the alley. The garage has a camera overhead at the car entry doors, and faces the alley. No cameras are mounted in, nor do they face/record any private, guest-only areas. We do require guests to e-sign a vacation rental agreement for stays of any length prior to check in. We request guests fill out a check-in form so that we can best prepare for your stay. Non-Airbnb Guests: Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to request to screen identity and check criminal databases to confirm reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You will receive an email to complete your screening. The kitchen was well stocked hardly lacking anything and a plus with everyone to have coffee and tea available. Plenty of towels and TP. House was so conveniently located to many things in Spokane. Nine people stayed and enough beds for everyone and extra blankets when needed. Directions for check out and days for garbage/recycling were all in an organized binder. We were in the area for my daughters graduation from Whitworth. It was a wonderful space to relax, hang out, and spend time with the new grad. It was very clean and the theatre room got plenty of use too. The South Hill area of Spokane is my go to for vacation rentals when coming to the area because of the quaint neighborhoods. Definitely the area to stay when visiting Spokane as there is not a lot available on the north side of Spokane. And if you're looking for a large home with plenty of space for guests...this is the place to book. Would love to stay here again in the future! ##### Tracey B. The house was in excellent shape and had everything we needed. The house was spacious and accommodated our family perfectly with everyone having their own room. This large home was well appointed with high end finishes and a large kitchen, movie theatre seating for 6 + bean bags with surround sound and minutes to downtown Spokane. This was among the best that we have stayed in anywhere and by far the best we have found in Spokane. The theater room was well used and the kitchen well appointed and functional for a large group. We were so pleased with the size of the house and ALL of it's amenities! So close to downtown and the airport! I highly recommend especially if you have a larger group. It is so spacious! The house has been upgraded is very usable. It has a well furnished kitchen which made cooking simple. There we plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to share. The communications with the owner and Mgmt Company was excellent and they were very accommodating on all my questions. I will definitely stay here again. ##### David S. Quick in and out to the downtown area without the noise and traffic. The house was large. All 5 bedrooms were functional (as most published 5 bedrooms usually aren’t so this was a relief.) Good amenities throughout the house, kitchen, back yard patio. Great place. We’d stay here in the future for sure. ##### Dean H. Location is also perfect; 5 minutes to freeway and downtown. Plenty of hot water for showers!!! Grocery store 2 minuets away. The host was responsive and very accommodating.
