This urban neighborhood has a lot of character, and it's fairly safe. Pretty quiet too considering it's in the city. Great restaurants and nice grocery store within 2 blocks. Some of the best pizza, and Italian food you'll ever eat! Parks, museum nearby as well. Easy parking on the street in front of the building. Only suggested improvement I would recommend to the host would be to replace some of the pots and pans in the kitchen. Some of them are pretty rough. Other than that, everything is stellar! One of the reasons we do the VRBOs is we like to cook our own food. If I had to give it a ding it would be that there wasn't many items like a vegetable steamer for a pan, no cheese grader, aluminum foil..... in the big picture not a big deal. I would recommend the property for sure . ##### Chris t. Séjour de 2 nuits en avril 2024 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Jody Voyage en famille 25 mars 2024 Master bed sheets had NOT been washed from the prior stay. Wrinkly and stains. Merry stairwell was dirty. Not a big deal until 8am Sunday when someone vacuumed all three floors. If sheets had been clean this would have been an excellent review.
