Thoughtfully renovated with high-end finishes, these luxury travel apartments are the ideal blend of urban living and elevated timeless design.

Centrally located just two blocks away from Riverfront Park, The Convention Center, and countless local cafés, shops, and restaurants.

We’re lucky to have visited homes (and Airbnb’s) all over the world and know just what guests are looking for.

This historical building features 12 newly renovated apartments that are built with your comfort in mind and offer the ideal city retreat.

Located on the third and fourth floors with convenient elevator access.

The apartments are accessed from the street level with a secured remote-accessed lock. For your safety and convenience, there is also 24/7 surveillance.

For peace of mind and security, each guest will have their own unique access codes to the main door and their separate apartment door that are only valid for the duration of their stay.

You'll have access to the main door, entryway, individual apartment unit, and a shared pool room.

Riverfront Park is located just 2 blocks away. Feel free to stop in on the first floor of the building to International Pancake House, or any of the trendy restaurants and cafes you'll find on the way.

Some of our favorites include Atticus Coffee Shop, Revival Tea Lounge, or the Saranac Public House.

IMPORTANT:
To ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection: a small, one-time non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (our most convenient and guest-preferred option) or a fully refundable Security Deposit, returned after your stay if no damage is reported. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be prompted to complete this step.

How to stay like a local:
There are so many awesome things to see, do, eat, and drink just steps away from your Rental Unit.

That being said, to help you have the best stay possible, we have a few tips for your stay.

1. You’re living like a local, be respectful of the other locals.

2. All of our Rental Units are smoke-free environments. Including the entire Rental property.

3. Pets are NOT allowed in this Rental Unit for any reason. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in the immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.

4. Your trip details should already be complete. If they aren’t, just go ahead and message us!

5. Your friend, your responsibility. Pretty simple: if you invite them to your Rental Unit, you’re responsible for their actions.

6. There are occupancy limits Roav Stays must follow for each of our buildings. Help us follow the rules.

7. We’re here to help! Roav Stays is managed locally. If you have any questions at all feel free to message us!

FEE SCHEDULE BREAKDOWN: (all charges in $USD, unless otherwise noted)

Unauthorized Late Check Out : $25 dollars each half hour after check-out time. Up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out

Smoking in Room/Common Area:
$200 minimum charge and eviction from the Unit

Excessive Cleaning: Up to $125.00 per hour of additional cleaning needed

Damaged or Missing Items: Varies depending on cost of item

Noise Complaints: potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.00

Party in Unit or Common Area: Up to $2,000.00 plus any damages to Roav Stays

Sadly, what was meant to be a couples retreat ended up as a singles hideaway. I lounged in bed all day (omg - most comfy bed ever!) streamed all the garbage shows, and stuffed my face with all the guilty pleasures that I was able to cook in the well-stocked awesome kitchen. Super clean, super perfect. Exactly what I needed. Thank you!

We visited Spokane to see family and participate in Bloomsday as a family. Perfect location for Bloomsday because you’re one block off of the starting line (depending what color lineup you’re in). The chicken process has too many third-party sites and verification of ID. I received multiple emails to the point to where I wasn’t. Sure if I should click on any link. I went through the ID and verification process and received another email stating that I need to verify my ID again.The unit is spacious and was redone very well. The brick and overall aesthetics are great. Price point suits the area… It is a little rough and parking can be confusing.

We love the location in downtown Spokane. Close to everything. The weather was perfect Saturday and we enjoyed walking around the city and exploring. Definitely will stay here again. Great for families that want more room than a hotel room offers.

Had a large group in two units on different floors; combined the parties for breakfast and cocktails. Nice spacious unit made that easy. Great central location, short walks to some great restaurants and Riverwalk trail, short drives to Gonzaga and airport. Excellent stay overall.

We couldn't be more pleased with this two-bedroom condo in Spokane. It was immaculately clean, had all basic necessities, very comfortable for four people, and parking was reasonable. We'd stay here anytime we're in Spokane; it was definitely a cut above other VRBOs. The condo is close to downtown, within walking distance of a great restaurant (the Onion) and the Spokane Arena, and there's a Pancake House on the first floor. I give Jake (property manage) and this condo 10 stars!!

Stayed there for my niece's graduation. We loved the apartment. We parked in the lot next door which worked well since we were only there for a couple of days over the weekend. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed. The beds were amazing, extremely comfortable. We loved the fact that we could walk to restaurants and coffee shops. It was perfect.
