Walking distance to Manito Park, restaurants & grocery stores. Loved the area. House was comfortable & well stocked. Pricing is good for the square footage that is available. Looks like the owners are currently doing improvements. The outdoor space needs some work but we did not need to utilize it due to the winter conditions. ##### Tiffanie H.
