The living/dining room is equipped with a double sofabed (150 cm wide, 200 cm long), satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning, providing both comfort and entertainment. This room leads out to the terrace. Additionally, there is one bedroom with a French bed (150 cm wide, 200 cm long).  
  
Amenities Included  
The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, ensuring you have all the necessary appliances for your culinary needs. The property also features a shower/WC, as well as a separate WC for added convenience. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace spanning 12 m2, partially covered, furnished with terrace furniture, an electric barbecue, and deck chairs, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxation.

During your vacation, you will have access to complimentary WiFi internet connectivity, allowing you to stay connected.
