Great location, although a bit hidden/difficult to find. Was able to keep in touch with reception and she came out and guided us where to go so it was much easier to find. She was very kind and gave us tips for our trip. The room was very spacious and clean with all of the amenities we needed! We are right in the middle of the main strip which was great since everything was walking distance! Overall great stay, we enjoyed it!

The view was spectacular, but that's about it. The food was not good, and it was very hard to eat it for every meal. There is not a level of customer service or luxury. You have to go get your own drinks at the pool, (there are no servers), and bring back your own glasses. They request you check out pool towels for 2 days. If you want bottled water each day, you have to get it yourself, but only from specific places. You can only get hard alcohol from one bar, and you can't order it in the restaurant. No snacks are provided and they won't let you bring food from the restaurant to your room. The staff are less than friendly, and most seem to hate their jobs. They work very long hours and there aren't enough of them. We made the decision to never stay in an All Inclusive again after this experience.

Lovely property, perfectly located near everything you need to do and see in Split. Room and bathroom were spacious, clean and well appointed. Coffee station is a very nice touch. With no one on site, check-in is a bit confusing but it got sorted out. The only area of improvement that is sorely needed is the bed itself. Mattress is soft and pillows were lumpy. Both need updated. Other than that, highly recommend.

To be honest nervous when we first arrived as the outside of building is very ordinary. But once we were inside the reception area and room they were lovely. My only issue was the bright light emitting from the light switch it was like sleeping with a night light so bright. Otherwise apartment was lovely and secure close to ammenities

The room was really nice and modern. The bed was comfortable. I loved that the tv was big and had Netflix. I did not like that after I would take a quick shower (10 min), my husband would only get cold water. The first time I thought that it was because I washed my hair, and I do take long, but the second time i only took a fast shower and still the water was cold. Even though this happened, I would still go back to this property. The location was the best!

The room was difficult to find. The sign on the door is about the size of two business cards taped together. The staff was extraordinarily helpful and I have no complaints about them. The room itself, not exactly a luxury situation. It was very close to the Old City downtown and the port. No complaints there. The building itself is ok, the foyer looks like you're walking into an old slum in New York City. When you get to the area where your accommodations are things improve a lot, but luxury is a strong term. Also, keep in mind that accommodations in the Old City have no elevators. Be prepared to carry your luggage up a flights of stairs, over cobblestone sidewalks and roads, etc. Not for the faint of heart or body. Luckily, my partner and I are fit and it didn't bother us, but for people who are not in shape this could be arduous. Lastly, Google Maps is not your best friend in Croatia. It got us close, but WhatsApp saved us in the end. We finally called the front desk and they were able to come outside and direct us to the area we were staying.

Great location and nice room
We stayed for two nights during rainy weather in late May. The entrance was a bit hard to find with only a small sign and an anonymous hallway, but we got some help from a bar nearby and was able to locate it after 2-3 minutes of asking around. Out hostess was friendly and helpful. Hotels.com had slightly messed up our bed configuration in the booking, but she took care of everything and sorted it out. The room was spacious and had a kitchen in the corner and a seating area. There's a small supermarket with fresh bread downstairs and a fridge in the room. We traveled with one child and she enjoyed the sofa bed very much.

Great location in an amazing city! Natasha was very, very helpful. Be sure to arrange parking with them in advance since it is difficult to find parking in Split. Riva Luxury Rooms is a little difficult to find. It’s identified by a small plaque on the side of the building, so watch carefully for it! The room was lovely, clean, and once parked, we walked everywhere!

Het was een prima, moderne en nieuwe kamer. We hadden alleen een kamer aan de achterzijde van het pand. Luksus i Split
Riva Luxury Rooms ligger i den grad centralt i Split. Uden for døren er man på havnepromenaden og få skridt borte ligger den gamle bydel - Diocletians palads. Det kan være svært at få øje på skiltet med "Riva Luxury Rooms" udenfor. Det er blot en messingplade blandt flere andre. Brug porttelefonen til at kontakte receptionen,der er på 1.sal. Værelset var fint og velindrettet. Pigerne i receptionen var søde og hjælpsomme. Eneste problem er parkeringen. Det billigste er om muligt at holde på en af de ret få offentlige pladser i gaden. De er markeret med blåt. Vi fik en "bøde", men den svarede alene til den manglende betaling. Der er et P-hus i nærheden, men det er rasende dyrt.
