Luxury Le Monde Apartment in the center of Split

Brand new apartment, completely renovated in 2015 and tastefully furnished, with attention to details, modern colors, designer lighting and high quality accessories. Located in the center of Split, perfect for those looking for a functional and high standard accommodation.
The stylish apartment is approximately 65m2 and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. It is found on the 2nd floor just few steps from Diocletian's Palace and all other must see places in Split.
The cosy living room consists of a sofa bed, LCD TV and a dining area with table and chairs. From here there is access to the well equipped modern kitchen. Behind the screen you will find two bedrooms with a double bed. Last but not least, there is a beautifully finished and restored bathrooms with shower .In addition, there exists a small balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard. The strategic position will allow you to easily walk to all major points of tourist and historical interest that the city offers. Here you will find shops, book stores, wine bars and restaurants where you can taste the authentic
Dalmatian lifestyle.

Nice updated property with convenience of store below. Host was accommodating and allowed us to use his parking space during our stay. Able to walk to local market and harbor/waterfront area. Beds were really hard and sofa not so comfortable. No view from balcony. Enjoyed our stay

Fantastic Apartment In Split

The apartment was clean and appeared newly renovated. It was located very close to the Palace area and the waterfront in a very safe area of the city. Conveniently located above a supermarket. The owner Damir went above and beyond to make sure we have a great visit. We will definitely rent this apartment if ever back in Split!

Lovely Experience

I can’t recommend this property enough. Damir was a gracious, helpful and informative host. Very good communication and answered all of my questions and provided great tips. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect- an easy walk from the ferry station and close to all the sights that we wanted to see. There is a convenient market just downstairs and a Michelin star restaurant right down the street. The beds we’re comfortable, air conditioning was soothing and the shower pressure was great! Our visit was fantastic!

Damir was amazing! Very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. Property is well kept and clean. Out door space was not super inviting due to the proximity of neighbouring balcony below. The property is very close to Diocletian’s palace and the water front. At the water front there is no shortage of vendors selling excursions. Take advantage of the excursions to the various islands, you won’t be disappointed. Also take the walk to Telegrin peak, Markan Hill spectacular views of Split!

Great VBRO in Split

Apartment was perfect for 4 adults. Walking distance to waterfront, Palace, and restaurants. Individual A/C units in each bedroom as well as TV room so very comfortable in summer heat. Apartment above a market so very convenient to run down for beer, snacks, etc. Owner had many great suggestions of places to go and things to do. So much more comfortable than a hotel room!!!

Perfect location in Split

We stayed at Damir’s place in Split. It was a short walk to Diocletian’s palace and many meeting locations for excursions we took. The apartment was clean and met all our needs. Damir met us upon our arrival to answer any questions and give recommendations on restaurants and nearby attractions. He always replied promptly to the texts I sent. I highly recommend staying here.

Modern Apartment

Damir was a great host and very welcoming and helpful. Took the time to tell us about the area during check-in and helped arrange taxis when needed. Quiet neighborhood a short walk from all the local sites. A nice market just steps away. Only thing missing from this clean and modern apartment was a microwave, though usually ate out.

A gem within five minutes of the Palace

Superb location and a gem hidden on a side street. The apartment is large enough, accommodation comfortable and a superb restaurant (Sug) just down the road. The owner is great. Highly recommended.

Damir's property was clean and in a break location, walking distance 5 minutes to Diocletian's Palace. Damir was responsive and knowledgeable about the area. Located conveniently between a minimart and a cafe for morning coffee or evening beer. The only thing that was difficult was parking in the area, but that is no fault of the property owner. Everything else was great.

Fabulous Apartment in old town

Damir and his wife Tiana met us when we arrived and walked us through the apartment. The apartment is modern and decorated with good taste and comfort. Americans will love the air conditioning it was fabulous. Apartment was pristine and well stocked with essentials. This apartment went beyond our expectations. Damir recommended a driver Milijov Topic 122topic@gmail.com who picked us up from the airport. We used his services for Krka and later he drove us to Dubrovnik and is a wealth of knowledge regarding Croatia. We highly recommend this apartment and driver. Best service and we will return. Damir recommended a fabulous restaurant Sug located an easy 2 blocks away. It was the best food we had in Split. Below the apartment was a local grocery. You can walk anywhere in the city of Split from Damir’s apartment. We can’t wait to come back!
