Croatian Paradise

The rooms were great and the pool was so fun. The kitchen was a decent size and Matea was so attentive. She stocked the fridge with some beers and wine. Each apartment had a bowl of delicious fruit. We loved our stay and would rent it again. 5 stars all the way

Amazing Split vacation - lots of space

Matea was in incredible host. Contacted us the day before. we texted upon arrival and she met us (early) at the house. The space were two spacious apartments with a pool in the courtyard. 5 bedrooms 5 bathrooms! fruit, beer upon arrival, ability to wash clothes. house was immaculate. it is a 25 min walk to the waterfront. BUT we did it three times and really didn't mind it. Ubers are around too. We parked our cars right out front for free on the street and left them there. Thanks so much, amazing, beautiful and clean!

Fantastic family villa

Would highly recommend this accommodation for a family stay (We were 4 adults and 2 children). The property is great- modern, very clean with a fantastic pool and outdoor area. This more than makes up for its location slightly out of the main tourist area but only a simple 15min walk away. There was a supermarket/shopping mall across the road so very easy to get supplies and Nela the host was so lovely to deal with. She gave us some excellent recommendations (Pizzeria Skipper for amazing views), booked airport transfers for us and brought us local beer, fruit, cake and chocolate for the children. We had a wonderful holiday in a Split and are very thankful to our host.

Mädelstour im Oktober

6 Freundinnen haben ein tolles langes Wochenende in Split genossen. Von der Empfehlung des Flughafentransfers, über die freundschaftlichen Begrüßung, bis hin zu Ausflugstipps haben wir von unserer Gastgeberin und ihrer Tochter perfekte Unterstützung bekommen. Die Unterkunft hat uns auf Anhieb gefallen, die Einrichtung ist modern und vollständig, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Villa liegt etwas versteckt von einer größeren Straße weg und ist daher sehr ruhig und ganz alleine zu nutzen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe, die Altstadt ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wenn wir wieder nach Split kommen - kommen wir sehr gerne wieder hier her ...

Sehr schöne Location mit optimaler Lage!

Die Anreise war super entspannt. In vorheriger Absprache organisierte uns die Vermieterin ein Taxi, welches uns am Flughafen abholte. Anschließend wurden wir direkt von der Besitzerin in Empfang genommen. Sie zeigte uns die Location, die in echt noch besser aussieht als auf den Bildern. Auf einer Karte von Split wurden uns außerdem direkt gute Spots und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gezeigt. Desweiteren wurde uns bei der Buchung dieser sehr geholfen. Trotz der Lage in der Stadt ist die Unterkunft gut geschützt und man bekommt seine Ruhe. Gleichzeitig hat man eine Straßenseite gegenüber eine super Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar und falls man mal an ruhigere Strände abseits des Tourismus möchte ist dies mit Uber schnell und günstig zu schaffen. Wir haben sehr viel unternommen und gesehen, unter anderem eine Fünf-Insel-Tour mit Blue Cave, welche ich nur empfehlen kann. Ich würde diesen Urlaub jederzeit gerne wiederholen!

The most amazing villa!

Honestly, the pictures can’t do this villa justice - it was stunning! The pool is really big, the home was spotless and modern and the host was wonderful. We felt so welcome and if we were ever coming back to Split we would definitely book this villa again. I can’t recommend enough!

Best of Both Worlds

Immaculate, but comfortable house which is exactly like the photos....the location meant it was quiet and restful with a beautiful pool, but close enough to the old town for easy accessibility. Nela and her daughter were always on hand to help and give advice and helped make our stay so special. Split is beautiful and has so much to offer and the house gave us a great base to explore and experience it all. We would thoroughly recommend this villa and look forward to going back.

A great week in the beautiful city of Split!

My friends and I had a wonderful time in Split. First of all, the apartment was as good as we only could imagine. It was clean, and the interior was great and modern. The pool area was fantastic, and you could enjoy the beautiful weather in the best possible way. The apartment is located close to a big shopping mall, so you have everything you need by walking distance. It takes about 5-10 minutes with a taxi to get to the city centre, but thats not a problem considering the very low amount you have to pay for a taxi in Split. Also, by living a couple of minutes outside the city centre, one can relax in quiet surroundings. Most importantly, the owner of the apartment takes great care of her guests. Everything gets set up in the best possible way, and you get all the information you need. The process of the check in was fantastic. We were met by a taxi at the airport, booked by the owner, and then driven to the city centre while the apartment was getting cleaned up. In the meantime, our luggage was driven to the apartment, so we could explore the city without carrying our heavy luggage in the warm weather. We were then driven to the apartment after a couple of hours, where we were welcomed in the best possible way, and shown around in the apartment. The checkout process was just as easy, and we could store our luggage in the apartment while we were waiting for our flight. All in all, the communication with the owner was just as fantastic as our stay in Split. Thanks for the great service!
