The staff were attentive without ever being intrusive, always going the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable — a true haven to relax in. Every detail had clearly been thought through, from the quality of the linens to the thoughtful amenities provided. Dining was another highlight, with delicious food and excellent service that made each meal feel special. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was inviting and elegant, creating a perfect balance of comfort and sophistication. Overall, it’s rare to find a place where everything exceeds expectations, but this hotel managed to do exactly that. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a flawless stay."

"This was good value for money. There were a couple of things that need attention. The pipework made a loud noise when the water was turned on and the garden gate was broken so our dog escaped. The communication was very good with the host and it was very clean and tidy"

"Small, but had everything we needed! Bed was very comfortable, lots of supplies in the kitchen. Easy walk from station, and the transport to the Eden Project was a plus! Also, the washer/dryer came in handy for us, allowing us to pack half as much clothing! Claire is a lovely host!"
