This 3-room house spans 80 square meters across two levels, offering comfortable and cozy furnishings. On the main level, you'll find a combined living and dining area with a double sofa bed, a kitchen corner, and a satellite TV with a flat-screen display. The living area provides direct access to the terrace. The kitchenette is well-equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and a freezer. There is also a shower room with a bidet and a toilet on this level.  
  
Amenities Included  
The house features air conditioning for your comfort, ensuring a pleasant indoor environment during your vacation. It also offers a terrace with outdoor furniture, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful panoramic sea views. For your convenience, a washing machine and a hair dryer are provided. Internet access is available via WiFi. Additionally, one small pet or dog is allowed in the property.  
  
Other Information  
The upper level of the house is accessible via a spiral staircase and features a double bedroom with a TV and a flat-screen display, as well as access to a balcony. There is another shower room with a bidet and a toilet on this level. Please note that while air conditioning is available, there is no heating option in the property.
