Hello Sierra, first and foremost Thank you for taking the time to review! To clear things up.....I called you concerning the invalid card, as instructed by Management. It is common practice for most hotels to authorize the card on file for a NON-REFUNDABLE booking on the morning of your expected arrival. Expedia is also aware of this. I certainly did not demand immediate payment, that simply is not true, I was nothing but proffessional and courteous as I explained the situation of policy, then reassured you we would have something available for you when you arrived! You demanded you have the Handicap rooms since you had children and wanted the extra room even though there was no medical need. You ended up somehow chosing different types of room when you arrived. We are happy that you ended up enjoying your stay with us!
