The villa is surrounded by a completely fenced garden of 5000 square meters, shared with the owners. Equipped with parking and all modern comforts: kitchen equipped with oven and hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, free wi-fi and satellite TV. The house is particularly suitable for families. Ideal home for 6 guests, it consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms (with bath and shower) one of which is inside a room. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a very spacious lounge which leads to the pool and a terrace, perfect for outdoor dining. The house (350 square meters) has a covered parking for 2 cars and all essential comforts. It is located at 300 meters s. L.M. in the Municipality of Spello a few kilometers from Assisi and the major tourist destinations of Umbria. Ideal for nature lovers, it is at the foot of the Subasio park. Guests have access to the house from a private entrance. They will enjoy the garden and ample spaces inside. The sleeping area is on the upper floor where there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms (with bath and shower), one of which is inside the room. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a very spacious lounge which leads to the pool, and a terrace perfect for outdoor dining. For your entertainment are available: a bowling green, a billiard table, a game table. The position of the villa is ideal for walks in the hills. A few meters from the property on foot is the ancient Sentiero degli Ulivi which connects Spello to Assisi. The pool will be open from late May to mid-September. It is equipped with an external shower, an external dressing room cabin and an external bathroom with hot water shower. Each room has a safe. Diese bewohnen die obere Etage, sind aber defacto "unsichtbar" und dennoch stets erreichbar, um behilflich zu sein, bsw. Restaurant-Reservierungen. Der vermietete Teil des Hauses - drei SZ, drei Bäder sowie reichlich weitere Räume, bietet Platz im Übermaß, den man aber eigentlich kaum nutzt, etwa den ca. 50 qm großen Speisesaal mit sechs Meter Tisch. Da zudem nur die Schlafzimmer klimatisiert sind, beschränkte sich der Aufenthalt in den übrigen Räumen bei Tagestemperaturen weit jenseits der 30 Grad auf ein Minimum. Im Zentrum der Tagesaktivitäten vor Ort stand daher ganz klar der 15x6-Meter Pool, ein echtes Highlight. Mit Ein-Meter-Brett und tief genug für Sprung-Action. Die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt und bieten je nach Gusto reichlich Sonnen- und Schattenplätze. Das Haus ist aus Mitte der 70er und versprüht im besten Sinne heute immer noch den Charme dieser Zeit. Designmäßig eine echte Zeitreise. Spello direkt nebenan ist ein netter Ort mit tollem historischen Ambiente. Wer mehr davon will findet Assisi und Perugia in Nahdistanz. Preislich sicher ambitioniert, ist dieses Haus alles andere als gewöhnlich und die nette Betreuung eigentlich unbezahlbar. Es hat uns gut gefallen. ##### Stefan K. Tutte dotate di aria condizionata e una piscina perfetta sia per nuotare che per fare giocare i più piccoli. La posizione della villa di Vania e Livio è inoltre perfetta per visitare le tante bellezze dell'Umbria. Da Spoleto a Gubbio, Perugia, Assisi e le piccole chicche suggerite da Vania e Livio, come Collepino. Ottimi padroni di casa che si sono sempre premurati di chiederci se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa. L'unica scomodità era la cucina, tanto lontana dall'esterno della villa e dalla piscina, rendendo un filo più complesso il trasportare le vivande fino al tavolo con la vista più bella.
