"A wonderful stay in a fascinating town. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast varied daily with fresh fruit, cold meats and cheese and a great range of breads, cakes and biscuits made by Lia. Home made jams too, including cumquat - what a treat! There is a sunny terrace on the top floor that is ideal for relaxing after a busy day sightseeing. We would love to return to this haven."

"We had an amazing time. The pictures don’t entirely do the view justice. It is a bit of a drive up the hill from Spello but the view is worth it and only 5 minutes from town. The house is well equipped and Stefano was incredibly helpful. The pool may be small but it was perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the sun with a cold drink. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"I can’t put into words how much our family loved this property and the owners. Nadia will forever have a place in my heart. The home was immaculately clean and welcoming and there is something there for everyone and every age. I loved walking the property. Swimming in the pool and enjoying the magical views. Our family enjoyed every minute and Nadia checked in daily with us to make sure we always had what we needed. It is a beautiful short drive into town and there is everything you need...

"The location is fantastic! We walked to Assisi in 15 minutes. We had dinner at the hotel and the service was top notch and very pleasant ambiance. I was just thankful they had restaurant on site that I didn’t have to drive or walk elsewhere since we were tired from driving. The room was a bit small but clean and amazing view with a balcony. I didn’t have chance to use the pool and the spa, but I saw many people were at the pool. Lovely staffs! Loved Assisi!"
