(48 reviews) This was the nicest place we stayed on our 11 day trip this year. The staff was very welcoming and the "apartment" room was fully set up with a kitchen, refrigerator, wonderful bed and private bath. The parking was right outside and the owner herself welcomed and showed me the room. Hope to be by again someday! (479 reviews) We loved everything about this hotel, the area around it was very quiet, but areas that were walkable and a grocery store and gas station right in front of the property, which was convenient to grab on our way back out of town. The room was adorable, we loved all the thoughtful touches, including the bulletin board with all kinds of information about the area. The downstairs with the shop and food hall was a nice perk. Staff was very friendly, the breakfast, although not extensive and options was very good. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. (61 reviews) Stayed in the Aurora cabin and it was incredible. Private and cozy. Gorgeous Auroras and falling stars. Bathroom was beautiful. Floors heated throughout. The main Inn was beautiful too. Nice ambiance. Nice bar area with nice sitting area. We did not eat at the resturant, but wished we would of because it looked lovely and the dinner look good ( private Christmas party). Service was excellent. Very clean. Breakfast included was adequate. Wished we would of booked extra night. I highly recommend. Best place we stayed in Iceland.
