This beautiful 3-acre property, once the Swisher Farm, is today a working homestead, with dozens of chickens and a large garden. This quiet oasis is located within the city of Spearfish. This cottage is handmade, from the bespoke front door to the custom 2-headed shower. The address was very easy to find. We meet the owner during the stay. He was very friendly. He made sure we had everything we needed and encouraged us to look around the 3 acre property.
