"3rd times a charm! This was our 3rd time staying in this townhome. It has truly been our home away from home when we visit our son at college. It’s a perfect place to let him come and relax and be with family. I would never stay in a hotel when this townhouse has everything we need and the space to be together. We got take out from Capris and La Paz and watched March Madness on the nice size tv in the comfortable Living Room. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Spartanburg."

"Property was clean and as expected. Location is great as it is minutes from downtown Greenville and a 30 minute drive to some of South Carolina's best natural features. "This home is so unique and has tons of charm. It’s easy to find and is a short drive to Greenville, Lake Lure & Asheville which allowed us to do all kinds of activities on our trip. The home is well appointed for everything we needed. Beds were comfy too which is a bonus! The owner, Ian, was so kind and even invited our kids to help feed the baby goats on property! "Came to town from Asheville for a Broadway Show and a few days R & R. We enjoyed the Tuesday Market at Greer Station and several local restaurants. The comfort of the home, though, was what was amazing. The Bedsure Linens took our resting time over the top!!! That, along with the awesome Hot Tub!!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay for a celebration weekend in Greenville. Great location in an established neighborhood. 10 minutes tops to downtown attractions. Great access to I-85 and 385. Well appointed home, super clean. Our host, Lois, was incredibly responsive. Check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend!"

"We were very pleased with our stay at this property! In fact, given the choice, my youngest teenager would like to move in permanently! There was plenty of space to spread out and with a large family we were all able to eat together at the large dining table. Cooking was a joy with all of the necessary cookware/utensils already there! Beds were comfy and all rooms were very clean including the bathrooms. We look forward to using this home again when we come back to visit!!"

"The house was exactly as pictured. The hosts had all the necessities and then some nice extras! My hubby loved the nespresso machine and I was thrilled with the makeup wipes and toothbrushes since we forgot a few things. 😉 Little things go along way when you’re tired and traveling (especially with kids!) James was very responsive and helpful to a couple questions I had while staying. Would definitely stay again and recommend!"

"We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this worked out great for us. There was a small issue with the listing but sometimes that happens. The house was clean and smelled good. We made breakfast one morning which was a hard as there wasn't a skillet, only half of the toaster worked and the microwave didn't have much power to cook bacon. Overall, I would stay their again. "The inside courtyard was really cool never been to a hotel with a place like that, the room was very big and accommodating, nice bathroom, kitchen had all the essentials you need, the TVs with built in chromecasts made watching whatever while we were in the room easy, would easily stay here again "
