Due to our busy schedule, we had easy access to restaurants, enough shops to purchase cards and gifts, and plenty of kitchen equipment to whip up a quick breakfast.The hosts were quick and easy to communicate with and check in and check out where efficiently managed.The one thing I would note is that becsuse it's in a business district, the trash trucks run every morning very early. The daily price was in line with the center city downtown location and the size of the apartment. The location was unique & perfect for our visit to historic downtown Spartanburg and the attractions we were most interested in visiting. The parking location directly behind the building is good, but no rear entrance to the upstairs property from the parking location is problematic. Perhaps add some more information on local restaurants and attractions as many VRBO owners offer. We would certainly recommend to others and may return again at some future time. ##### P T.
