« This property was ideal for what we needed. Our son graduated VCOM with multiple ceremonies and we need a place we could all convene and celebrate. Proximity to downtown Spartanburg was ideal, and the space lent privacy to a small family gathering after the ceremonies. « Beautiful , Unique , Peaceful , Country farm experience ! The quarters were clean and nicely decorated . It is actually the private downstairs of their large , beautiful home .We loved the fireplace in the evenings . The very nice owners were a pleasure to meet and very responsive and accommodating . We have new friends now ! They offered us a tour of the farm with horse stable and 9 horses at the time , goats that they milked , chickens that they harvested eggs from , cats , dogs and puppies...

« The home and the gardens are truly lovely. The owner really made us feel welcome. They also had a bunch of sporting equipment (basketball, baseball gloves, etc.) that the kids adored playing with. The kids also loved to be able to hurl duck food at the ducks. The house is in a great location and a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely go back. »

« This unique farmhouse style home is a great choice for travelers and an excellent venue for gatherings by local residents. It has easy access but the property has abundant trees and is secluded from nearby roads and homes for privacy. The interior, baths, and kitchen are updated but maintain a pleasant farmhouse feel. « This property clearly has somebody who lives there when it's not rented out and minimal preparations are done to accommodate the guests as far as the resident putting their stuff away. The house is in need of repair and has several items that are not operational or broken. The whole house smells dank like mildew or mold. One of the windows is broken and has plastic with tape over it. There was at least four boxes of partially consumed breakfast cereal on top of the fridge and two partially eaten...
