We brought my 81 year old mother as well. The location was close to our son and daughter-in-love’s home and down town Sparta. This house was centrally located for the places we visited. The house was super clean and comfortable. It's been/being remodeled and the kitchen was fantastic. It is well stocked with all the stuff you need. The mattresses seemed new and were comfortable. We loved having nice big soft and thirsty towels. The outside firepit was ready for us to start a fire (but we didn't) and the neighborhood was mostly quiet. We were able to park in the carport - that was nice to be so close to the house and under cover. When we rented this house it was easily the best value we ever rented and one of the nicest houses. The only thing that was a tiny bit annoying was the dog across the street is kept outside and every time we went out it barked incessantly at us. Everything went so smoothly. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I chose this location because it is a great starting point for many hiking trails and waterfalls.We visited waterfalls to the east, north and south of this rental. ##### Jason C.
