Sparks Vacation Packages

I don’t exactly know how but even when the outside temperature was 60 or below, the temperature in the room was always 85 or above. Zero room service and laundry room depends on the whimsy of whoever was using it at the moment.

There is huge issue of being able to get in to check in. There are cars backed up into traffic. Their answer was that they would need to get permits from two states to get the work done. You have the space. Get the permits. There are too many surprise extra charges. You can only valet park and they charge $50 to valet park and $50 for the hotel fee which doesn’t give you much. The bar in the front was closed and we didn’t dare leave the property to go to dinner because we may not get back in time for the concert so we ate in their restaurant which wasn’t that great. They make it sound like you get breakfast with the room but you only get a $25 credit towards breakfast for the whole room and there were two of us and breakfast is $25 each plus tax and tip. Definitely not worth a $500+ stay. I’m sure the prices were bumped up because there was a concert that night. very disappointed.

Property was great! Quiet, nice gym, clean.
