Ask about our great tours and fishing Charters with Captain Kid & Son Charter’s 3 Bedroom 2.5 bath house located at the North end of 28th Street in Spanish Wells just 20 second walk to Beach. Fully furnished with central A/C free WIFI and cable TV. 1 King with private bath downstairs plus queen pull out sofa in living room. 1 King and 1 Queen bed upstairs with full bath. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water!!!! We also offer Boat Charters to Swimming Pigs, Fishing, Swimming with Turtles, Ocean Swings, Swimming with and feeding stingrays, snorkeling, beach picnics etc with Capt. We also have another VRBO property id 1846490 Turtle Shell Cottage that was completed at the same time. Free Kayak provided for use. 2 Bicycles provided for free. 4 seat golf cart provided for Free !!!!. Additional 4 seat and 6 seat Golf Cart Available for rent! House is fully furnished with all linens, bath and beach towels and cooking utensils. Kayak and bicycles provided for free upon request. Island is a primarily European based island. It has 6 restaurants, 4 Bars, 1 large very nice grocery store, 2 small grocery Stores, and 3 Liquor Stores. Island is only 7 miles from closest Airport, North Eleuthera Airport or airport code is ELH. It is a 10 minute taxi ride followed by a 5 minute ferry ride over to to the island. Spanish Wells. Once you provide us with your flight information we will arrange your transportation from the airport to the island with local shuttle company. Cost is only $20/person for both water and land taxi. Once you arrive on island we will meet you and take you to the house and answer any questions you might have and get you all settled in. In an attempt to make our property more affordable for smaller groups our pricing is based on 1-6 persons. Once correct amount is entered at booking correct price will be calculated. All our needs for a relaxing family trip were met - bicycles, a golf cart, kayaks, beach loungers and chairs, and beach towels. On the beach, we watched sea turtles, rays and fish. And we spent a wonderful half-day on the ocean with Captain Kid Charters - pigs, turtles, rays, reefs and a shipwreck. Jody and Tara made arriving to our house very simple and responded quickly with anything we needed. They are also usually nearby, working on the property, and check in to see if there are any needs. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, go to Spanish Wells. Great water depth for kids in most areas. Great snorkeling at the house beach. We saw conch, sea turtles, urchin, fish, sea slugs, and dolphins. Be prepared for the airport on Eleuthera to be unorganized. You may be there an hour , but they will get you through in island time. Take mosquito spray. Otherwise, the house is perfect and the location is perfect. You will not regret your stay at this house or the island. ##### Julie B. No toilet paper, no soap, no shampoo, no drinkable water, no trash bags, etc. Bring everything because unless the previous guest left something behind you will have to go and purchase. We were a group of 6; two parents with adult children and their friends. The proximity to the beach is awesome, and the beach itself is wonderful. We cooked most of our meals at home, and the house is stocked with most of what is needed to cook. Beds are comfortable. It was great to have two bedrooms with king beds! House was clean, and it was great to have the outdoor seating area and outdoor shower. We loved our trip! ##### Barbara L. I found his house that sleeps 8 and immediately emailed him to ask his availability for Summer 2024\. After picking our dates that would work best for our family, we chose to book via VRBO in order to reserve them quickly and not wait for things to book up. I have 47 emails between the owner and myself, each of them discussing our family of 8, need for transportation for all of us and ideas for excursions to accommodate our group of 8\. There was not one mention that I reserved his home wrong on the VRBO site until the night before we arrived for our trip, we were told we owed an additional $490 due to his policy of parties 6 or more needing to pay $35/per person per night. This is not stated any where on his description nor was I trying to occupy more than his listing suggested of 8 adults. After traveling internationally for the past 24 hours, we waited to pay after talking to him and receiving cell service. He instantly became irate, red faced and verbally abusive saying there’s nothing to be discussed, I was a liar, scam artist, etc. He chose to say these things right in front of my husband, my children, my father and brother. He told us to find somewhere else to stay, call VRBO and leave a review. It has everything you need but food to get you started. The Pinders are very helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect and is a short walk to a quiet beach. The house was beyond expectations and had plenty of room for the 7 of us. Was very surprised on how big the house was on the inside. It was very clean and modern. They were great to communicate with prior to and during our trip. The house is awesome! Super clean, cold air, comfy beds and the location is awesome. The beach is a 1 Kim walk down a cute, private path and it’s gorgeous. We saw turtles, fish, urchins, a couple sharks and kayaked out to an amazing coral head with three huge lobster…a week to early for season:(. We had lots of space in the house for me and three teenagers. The only thing that would have made it perfect is some dish soap and trash bags…but we will stay here or any of Jody’s properties anytime, it was wonderful. ##### Sean T. Spanish Wells was more wonderful then what we had even read and heard about! What a sweet community of people. It was super relaxing and so much fun for my fam. We loved staying at the Green Turtle. It was super nice, very up to date, and had all things that we needed. The owners are wonderful people that went out of their way to make sure we had all we needed and were comfortable. They also offer excursions that I highly recommend (the highlight of our trip). This is not a island to come to if you want night life or shopping BUT if you’re looking for a safe, family oriented, relaxing vacation, it’s for you!
