« I called VRBO and the owner on April 18th to cancel my reservation. The owner was very kind and asked if everyone was okay. I told her my sister was unable to make it. VRBO told me that I had called in time to receive a full refund. They have since emailed me and said that since there was no proof that i had called to cancel, I would not get a refund. This is not correct! Please check with the owner and recheck your records and you will see that I did, in fact, call and cancel on April 18th,...

« The location is definitely prime - view of lake & small pond across the street. The house is nicely appointed and clean. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Overhead fans in each bedroom were appreciated. The only drawback was that both bathrooms were upstairs - no powder room on first floor. That got uncomfortable for us older folks. It would be a good thing to point this out in the property description. Older folks would appreciate knowing this fact. We enjoyed our time staying...

« The unit was the perfect size for my wife and me, was nicely decorated, and contained everything we needed (utinsels, linens, etc). On the down side, the roof was being replaced during our visit and the roofers kept their trash bin in our parking space and carelessly left nails in the parking lot. Hopefully, this won't be an issue for others. Also, the futon was not comfortable for me. Overall, though, the unit met our needs for the week. »

« Spent Mother's Day weekend at the cabin and we could not be happier. The house is as advertised; clean, calming and perfect for our quick weekend away. « First off, the number that was first given was fake, not a great start. Spent over an hr trying to reach out for help with hotels.com. They had the correct number which is: 385-223-9851. I hope this saves the next person. This was a mistake by hotel.com not the host. Fake number was1-555-5555. For this place this is a basement apt. The place is nice and quiet. The place offered a large amount of privacy. Everything was very clean and we were given supply’s to be able to keep it clean...

« This was a gorgeous property. Everything was wonderful. The only problem was the stairs to the bedroom were way too steep. It was more like a ladder. A few people fell down them. It is quite dangerous. Other than that. It was exactly as described. There is plenty there to enjoy. It is fully stocked. The beds are comfy. The hot tub is splendid. I loved the experience. I just wish i had known about the stairs. It was a bit crazy. »

« Stayed here with three teenage girls while they were in town for a dance convention. Great location to downtown. The amenities were perfect for the amount of time we stayed. The single bathroom was a little bit tricky, which we knew it would be going in, but worked well for us. Would really appreciate more mirrors in each bedroom to help with getting ready, but other than that, everything was great. »
