"This is the second time we have stayed. They were able to make it easy for moderately handicapped friends to get in and out easily and were able to get us the same room 2 years in a row because of our needs. Breakfast is better than average and coffee available in the lobby is a real treat. There are a few lazy staff but most are delightful and a pleasure to work with. My only complaint this year was the blocking off of many, many up close parking spaces because supposedly workers would be in early to pull ACs and wash them. We never saw ANY workers using those spots. Very inconvenient for a week that was going to include many older or handicapped guests. I just wish Hotels.com made it possible for us to divide the bill between roommates when we choose to pay at the hotel. It’s ridiculous that they can’t make that happen. "

"Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, staff very friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was okay and had the usual selections of cereal, eggs,sausage,etc. There was no fresh fruit but the coffee was hot and fairly tasty. Fresh Cookies available at check in were delicious."

"Great old hotel that has been well kept. Comfy beds, clean rooms and the hot breakfast is pretty standard. Also well kept pool and spa! You don't see hot tubs and saunas in hotels anymore. This place nailed it. Very friendly staff. Close to the airport and highway system too. Lovely people running it and the indoor plants are REAL and gorgeous. Great price."

"First off, i don't know why anyone would complain of the hotel's condition or the breakfast. Everything was wonderful. Not one but TWO waffle machines (husband's favorite), eggs, sausage, milk, juice, raspberry yogurt (my favorite), blackberry jelly (daughter's favorite) on bagles and muffins, pastries, and oatmeal which my other daughter raved about being most excellent. Both the check in and check out clerks were friendly and helpful and the breakfast lady was also nice. Bed was super comfy. A/C worked perfectly. Would definitely stay again. I have a knee brace with ice packs and the mini fridge did not have a freezer, so the kind staff stored my packs in their freezer packed in a labled ziplock bag. Awesome!! THANK YOU!!"
