Beal’s Lobster Pound was our favorite restaurant. We loved having coffee on the deck & watching the boats in the harbor. The neighbors were so kind, lots of wildlife (deer in the front yard!) Check in was very easy. The owner was next door and lovely. The kitchen is well stocked and very practical for cooking. It’s an easy walk to the heart of Southwest Harbor.The only problem was the sofa bed. The mechanism is worn and uncomfortable. It was 30-35 depending on traffic. A little disappointing. We tried to use the grill and could not find the electric cord or where we could plug it in. I texted and no one replied.
