I extended my trip by an extra couple days because of how comfortable I felt at Hotel Contessa. I didn’t get to try the spa, but that just means I have to come back!"

"This hotel is the grand dame of San Antonito. She a little elderly, but that adds to her charm. We love the ghost stories, but we've not ever encountered one."

"This was my second ever visit to San Antonio and first visit at the property and I was totally impressed. The decor makes you feel like you are in Spain and the pool is inviting and centrally located. There is even a church bell that chimes close by that keeps a check of time for you. The staff was amazing and very helpful especially Sophia and Rebecca at the front desk. There is much cheaper overnight parking just across the street so no worries if you don’t want to valet park$$. I loved that I could go straight from the lobby down flight of stairs directly to the Riverwalk. Close by good shopping and restaurants or just people watch. I will ONLY stay at this hotel in future visits"
