First Floor Unit with steps to your private deck as well as an elevator. Two lighthouse view from deck (Bald Head Island and Caswell Beach). Steps away from Southport Marina boat ramp and docks. Everything is included - linens- towels- paper products. All you have to do is walk in and relax! No hidden or cleaning fees it's all included in the price. Unit #3 features a king size bed, bathroom with step in tile shower, living area with 55" smart TV, and kitchenette with small refrigerator, sink, microwave and Keurig coffeemaker. A private deck with a great view of the water and the activity at the Southport Marina. Unit is located in walking distance to downtown restaurants and shopping. Stroll along the yacht basin to see the shrimp boats and have a cocktail or dinner at Fishy Fishy Cafe or Provision Company. Walk downtown and enjoy the shops, or visit the city pier and do some fishing. The salt MarshWalk is located directly across from the condo with a gazebo over the water for great views.
