It is surrounded by beautiful Live Oak trees and is on a quiet street only a pleasant seven-block walk to Waterfront Park and all the great restaurants and shops that historic Southport has to offer. NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE BEACH!! It is on the Cape Fear River and Intercoastal Waterway, with wonderful views across the river. If you want to walk to the beach, this home is not for you! The home has three bedrooms plus a study, making comfortable private sleeping for eight guests. The Master Suite has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, Bedroom 3 has twin XL beds, and the Study includes twin trundle beds (best for the kids). One of our most frequent comments is how comfortable our beds are! Double front porches make for relaxing and socializing. A large Rec Room features an 8' slate bed pool table! Large (65") televisions are located in the Family Room and the Rec Room. YouTubeTV is included for your viewing. Most of the experiences were only a 2 minute ride or 10 min walk to activities. Strolling downtown and to the Southport Waterfront was amazing. There is plenty of historical sites to visit and all the people there are very nice. The restaurants were incredible with very good food.
