Nestled in the peaceful Newagen community, The Cottage at Island Point feels like stepping into an Edward Hopper painting—where life slows down, sea breezes fill the air, and the soothing sound of buoy bells will be your evening soundtrack.  
  
This inviting retreat sleeps six, with ocean glimpses from every bedroom and multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy Maine’s natural beauty. The outdoor dining area is perfect for a quintessential lobster bake under the stars. This is truly “The Way Life Should Be.”  
  
Please note: This is a fairly remote location. A vehicle is needed to access the home and surrounding areas; Uber does not operate in the area. There are no dogs allowed at this property.
