Privacy abounds on this gated 10-acre horse property only minutes from the 2024 US Open at the Pinehurst Resort (Pinehurst No. 2). Spacious (2,000 sq. ft. of living space) loft apartment in the heart of Southern Pines famous Horse Country.  
  
Beamed cathedral ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. Plenty of space to gather family and friends in the oversized living room/dining room. Watch horses graze while sipping a cocktail on the enclosed porch. Prepare a gourmet meal or a simple snack in the full kitchen with oven, cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. A peaceful sleep is guaranteed in each of the three bedrooms (2-full, 1-queen). The four-piece bathroom includes two sinks, a shower, and stand-alone soaking tub. High speed internet for streaming your favorite movies and shows or checking in at work. Laundry with full size washer and dryer.
