« I love the minimalist decor of this home, while keeping some of the original home pieces. Very chic, very sophisticated, very boho. To sit by a piece of Lake Geraldine in the early morning while watching the fish dive in and out the water and the birds of different species fly among you is quite the treat. « We rented the property for the weekend in Jacksonville for my daughters birthday. The townhouse was spotless. The location is nice only a 15-20 minute drive to restaurants and the beach. The only complaint is that the matresses and sofa are hard. Not that comfortable. But other than that the weekend was lovely for my family and I. »

« Home is cozy and roomy as we spent time with our 4 grandchildren, ages 2,3,6,and 7. Nice fenced yard and patio area. All shopping close by. Great A/C and TV’s. Quality washer and dryer. Only negative is ant problem in kitchen. »

« Place was clean and comfortable. Neighborhood and outside areas were unkempt. No remote control for the living room tv nor would the bedroom remotes work with it. It was adequate for our needs. »

« The house was spacious and open. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard with the pool was sunny and relaxing.
