Our serviced accommodation is ideal for a vast range of stays, whether you’re visiting on business or pleasure, and whether you’re an experienced traveller or don’t want to deal with the hassle and expense of staying at regular hotels. This serviced accommodation offers a self-catered stay with all the comforts of home. Offers one bedroom with two single beds and a second bedroom with a double bed, and 2 sofa beds, an open-plan kitchen and dining area equipped with a washing machine and dryer, flat-screen smart TV with Sky, complete WiFi services, and much more. THE SPACE This serviced apartment offers a self-catered stay with all the comforts of home. Offers one bedroom with two single beds and a second bedroom with a double bed, and 2 sofa beds, an open-plan kitchen and dining area equipped with a washing machine and dryer, flat-screen smart TV with Sky, complete WiFi services, and much more. This two-bedroom accommodation is in a great location, within walking distance of everything! In addition, our cleaning is upon request for more extended stays with fresh towels and linen. Entry to the properties is via self-check-in for a contact-free arrival. In addition, there is FREE overnight parking. You can arrive whenever it’s convenient for you using self-check-in. This apartment is just a 2-minute walk to Southampton General Hospital. This property is clean, modern, and bright; it has been decorated and furnished to a high standard with all the amenities you would expect from a hotel. It’s in an excellent location for visiting the Top-rated attractions in Southampton, including Southampton Common, Friends of St. James’ Park, Southampton, Paultons Park, Home of Peppa Pig World, and Play Shack Hedge End, St James Park, and The Joiners. Guest Access Entry to the property is through self-check-in via lockbox to ensure no direct contact with anyone. House Manual is provided in the apartment with details of local attractions and amenities, WiFi code, how to use the shower, etc. Parking: You would need to go into the house, get the parking permit, and put it in your car. Parking is free overnight- 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM. PARKING PERMIT Do you need a parking permit during your stay in our apartment? Please advise as soon as possible if you require the permit and no later than 24 hours before check-in. Just be mindful to return the parking permit upon your checkout. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT Subject to availability and extra cost, check-in can be brought forward to 2:00 PM and check-out extended to 12:00 PM. If this is requested, please advise us as soon as possible so that we have time to reschedule housekeeping. Payment in advance will be required via bank transfer or credit/debit card.
