CHECK-IN:
The check-in will be contactless and keyless. Before you arrive, we will send you the coded to the door lock.
PARKING:
Please feel free to utilize the entire driveway for your vehicles throughout the length of your stay. Note that we are not responsible for personal items left in your car.
OUTSIDE GUESTS:
if you'd like to add an additional guest to the booking, please be sure to add them to the reservation or reach out to us if your stay has already begun. We can typically accommodate up to the max number of guests noted on the original listing and no more. We cannot offer customer service for extra people who do not have an official reservation through the platform, and any liability waivers won't apply. There cannot be extra guests at the property except those on the reservation. NO PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC OR EVENTS.
CHECK-OUT:
Our check out time is 10:00 AM. Please make sure to do the dishes (its okay to place remaining dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle), take the trash out and close the door before leaving. Dont forget to do a final walk-thru of the house to make sure you haven't left behind any personal items.
ITEMS LEFT BEHIND:
Please note we are not responsible for any items left behind. We will make every effort to search and find your forgotten items after you check-out but we do no guarantee if they can be found.
PETS:
We love pets and allow them in our houses, but please let us know if you are bringing your furry friend(s) along. Please understand that all of our furniture and decor is new and pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. You will be responsible for any visible wear or damage your pet(s) may cause. The maximum number of pets we allow is two.
REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE:
We cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, appliances, TV's/media equipment, or pools/spas. Please report any inoperative equipment to us promptly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. If you demonstrate that the problem persists after given phone instructions by our team, a maintenance service professional may be dispatched. NO REFUNDS OR RENT REDUCTIONS WILL BE MADE DUE TO MECHANICAL FAILURES OR MALFUNCTIONS, INTERRUPTIONS OF UTILITIES, MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS OR CONSTRUCTION IN THE AREA. WHILE OUR TEAM WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO REPAIR ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUE IN A TIMELY MANNER, IT CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE ISSUE WILL BE FIXED DURING A GUEST STAY, AS THE COMPANY MAY HAVE TO GO THROUGH HOME WARRANTIES. We will always look for alternative solutions to ensure and prioritize guest comfort.
