Some rooms have been updated and some are waiting for a little more tlc. The house smelled a little musty at first but then aired out. Some serious plumbing issues developed, but the host took care of the repairs that day. He responded quickly to my several phone calls. The house was cozy, charming, adequate space and it included everything you need. Quiet neighborhood, but close enough to the Southampton's main street where you can find everything you need. Grace and Mike were easy to work with, very accommodating. Grace met us when we arrived and she was quite charming, so sweet.
