(1985) This attractive home is situated in a wooded residential neighborhood with a fenced in yard located at the end of a cul-de-sac only few hundred feet from the beach... just follow the pathway! The property offers three comfortable bedrooms, two baths, and a convenient sleeper sofa. The first level features an open living and a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, as well as a dining space, full bathroom. The first floor also has a primary bedroom ensuite Queen Size bed. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with two twin beds one with a Queen. Also living room with a double pull-out sleep sofa and a full bathroom with tub/shower combination. Outside, the very private backyard features a spacious deck complete with outdoor furniture and a gas grill, as well as an enclosed outdoor shower, great for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Great amenities are wireless internet, a/c, washer/dryer. Pet restrictions: no cats, non-shedding dogs only with owner's approval no more than 1 dog, with an added pet fee. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. It is spacious and comfortable. it is a short walk to the beach, and walking through the woods makes it a bit exciting, It is a house that clearly somebody lives in so it has personal touch in every corner, is well equipped (it has been a while since we rented a property that had all the spices and tools we wanted/needed :) ), has a lot of coziness in it. Beds were conformable (not a given, trust me...). All in all an excellent place to stay in the cape and we truly enjoyed its comfort and location. Few comments: (1) there are coyotes in the woods and they are not shy, so if you travel with a small dog keep them close and short leashed. The backyard is fenced but I am not sure it is tall enough to completely discourage a coyote (2) kitchen paper towels and bath tissue were in short supply (or maybe we just could not find the extra) ##### Zvi E.
