The property features a main house with an attached carriage house, providing plenty of space for everyone. With a total of 5 en-suite bedrooms and 6.5 total baths, comfort and privacy are guaranteed for all guests. The barn is equipped with a ping pong table, Pop-A-Shot basketball, and plenty of space to gather and play.  
  
The expansive lawn is perfect for lawn games, outdoor dining, or simply soaking up the Cape Cod sunshine.  
  
Close to the water, you'll be just minutes away from Bass River for kayaking and boating, and a short 2-minute drive to Smugglers Beach. The convenient location also puts you within minutes of top restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.  
  
Inside, the home seamlessly blends historic details with modern luxury, featuring updated kitchens and baths, stylish furnishings, and cozy gathering spaces. The main house offers four queen-bedroom suites, two on the main level and two on the second level, as well as two bedrooms with a total three full-sized beds. Perfect for the kids due to the lower ceilings. These two bedrooms share a full bath.  
  
The carriage house, accessed through the barn or a separate entrance, features a queen bed set in an old horse stall for unique charm, along with a kitchenette, full bath, and washer/dryer.
