Great restaurants and grocery stores nearby as well as plenty for families to do. Very quiet neighborhood and quiet street! A quick walk to a very tranquil pond in a park like setting. The well decorated house is perfect for either singles or families with ample bedrooms and bathrooms and even a hot tub, as well as nice linens and towels. The kitchen was very well laid out and well appointed. We enjoyed the large TV, and comfortable furniture to use after a day of sightseeing and eating chowder and lobster rolls. The 4 bedrooms and 4 baths (2 full, 2 halves) fit everyone comfortably, and the back patio was perfect for the evenings. House is exactly as pictured, kitchen was well stocked, and it was very clean. Hot tub was clean and in working condition! Would recommend bringing a drying rack as there aren't enough hooks to hang beach towels and swimsuits. Jun 7, 2024 #### Like a family’s old summer camp Great yard, but property was not well-maintained or updated. They hadn’t really cleaned or reset after winter, so things were grubby and disorganized, and the patio was also a mess. The living room and kitchen have some updates, but everything else including bedding, kitchen tools, etc. is old. If they give it a fresh cleaning and update the necessities, it would be more enjoyable for a family stay. ##### Renee C.
