BBQ on the deck overlooking both the bog and Bass River. Enjoy the simplicity of the lovely Cape décor within this home. The main floor holds the primary bedroom with queen bed and 32"TV. Just across the hall is a full bathroom with walk in shower. The recently updated kitchen will not disappoint the chef in your family. With the family room (with 55" TV) and dining space adjacent to the spacious kitchen and the double doors leading to the deck just off the dining space, everyone will be included in together time! There are two additional bedrooms on the second floor. One has a queen bed and the other has both a queen and a twin trundle bed and 32" TV. There is an additional bathroom with a tub on the second floor. Immerse yourself in Mother Nature's beauty with a stroll around the quiet neighborhood loaded with unique finds such as sandy landings prefect for a dip in Bass River or Great Blue Herron skimming the waters or even deer grazing the edges of the bogs. Wilbur Park has a boat ramp and is just up the street! There is driveway parking suitable for a boat and trailer as well as 2 additional cars. There are window AC's in each bedroom and one in the family room. There are two adult bikes available for use. BOOK NOW!! An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided.
