About Beach Cottage  
The studio features a comfortable queen bed (with an adjustable head power base) and a full size sofa bed, providing ample space for rest after a day of adventure. The cozy furnishings and thoughtful touches create a welcoming environment where you can kick back and relax. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchenette with a small, self defrosting refrigerator with separate top freezer. stove, oven, and a Keurig coffee maker, or enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TV.  
  
Prime Location & Exclusive Beach Access  
Step outside and enjoy a short walk to the private beach, where you can soak in the partial water views or relax on beach lounges with a view of Nantucket Sound. Seaside Cottages offer the perfect blend of charm and convenience for your Cape Cod getaway. Ranging from cozy studios to spacious three-bedroom cottages, these delightful retreats are nestled along the shores of Nantucket Sound in South Yarmouth. Guests enjoy exclusive access to a private beach, where soft sand and gentle waves provide the ultimate relaxation. A shared charcoal grill and picnic table area create a welcoming space for outdoor meals and gatherings.
