Our cottage has had recent renovations and is located in South Yarmouth near Nantucket sound beaches, Bass River and Rt 28/Main Street. Minutes from shopping, go carts, miniature golf, ice cream, bike trails and 4 ocean beaches. Our cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, Living Room, Kitchen, & Dining room. It sleeps 4\. Bedroom #1 has a queen sized bed and large closet, Bedroom #2 has two twin beds and large closet. \*\* Dog Fee: $20.00 per night (per dog), 2 dog maximum\*\* As much as we love cats and other pets, we do not allow them due to severe allergies of our other guests. Do NOT allow your dog on the furniture. \*\* Sheets/Towels are NOT included with this rental, although available for an additional fee of $75.00\. \*\* \*\*We keep our rates low by inviting our guests to bring their own bath towels, beach towels, and bed sheet sets (1- queen, 2 - twin),\*\* \*\* Summer Rentals: Weekly stay end of June through end of August (Friday to Friday) \*\* \*\*7 night maximum stay. Immaculate, well maintained, tastefully decorated. Great gathering spots both inside and out. Loved the firepit outdoors and gas fireplace inside on those cool nights. Beach is a 15 -18 min walk and cottage has beach chairs and a beach wagon to transort same. This does not feel like a rental, it feels like home. ##### Donna S.
