The beds were comfortable and we were able to have what we needed to make breakfasts lunches or dinner. We loved being close to the lake, our kid’s went swimming there a lot. Location is very convenient to grocery stores, etc. It is advertised as a Central Air, but it’s several different A/C units which kept the house comfortable. The living room furniture is old and needs replaced. Couch and chair had no support. Sink as soon as you sit on them. The bedroom mattresses are terrible. Back bedroom felt like a box spring. Front bedroom not much better. Water pressure is good and the neighbors are kind and quiet.
