We had trouble with the key when trying to unlock the door and had to call your office for help. We were told there had been problems in the past so the fact that those problems hadn't been addressed was disappointing. We spent at least 20 minutes trying the key etc and ended up late for a meeting we had scheduled.The other disappointment was that there were very few tea bags and no usable espresso pods in the kitchen. We see these as simple acts of hospitality which we usually find anywhere we stay.Other than these issues, the apartment was lovely to stay in and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. ##### Robyn H.
