« Great location, beach view each day was terrific! Host Donna was very very responsive with a few wrinkles. Parking, pools, beach service all were easily accessed. Very relaxing getaway, just what I was looking for! »

« We stay at Huntington by the Sea each year and love it - the location is wonderful and we love the small less busy building for families. Our place was comfortable, clean, well kept and decorated perfect for the beach! The only problem we ran into was we couldn't all take hot showers. I'm wondering if the water heater needs turned up. »

« We spent most of our time biking, walking on the beach, or reading at the pool area. The condo was adequate for sleeping and showering, but I am glad that I didn’t plan to do any cooking. There’s very little counter space and no dish towels. The coffee maker was weird, had no instructions and appeared to need a good cleaning- not the kind of appliance suited for rental property. The furniture could be reevaluated for usefulness and space efficiency. »

« We had a great time staying at this property. It was clean and exactly what the two of us needed. As other reviews state the noise on the patio is something to know before going. The pool was perfect and quiet during the week. It was a great location about 30 minutes from anything you'd want to do! Ps: If you plan for a later arrival contact the property team for exacts on how to get to the parking area, we arrived late and could not locate it without calling the after hours number. »

« We really enjoyed our stay & the condo. Condo was nicely stocked for our 4 day stay. Communication with property manager was great. Walkable to many bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Views are beautiful & steps to the beach. Condo provides chairs & beach wagon or there are chairs & umbrellas to rent for a very reasonable price already set up. We had a great stay & would definitely stay again! »

« I was in town for a weekend for a condo at the Hilton next door. This condo was the perfect location to be able to walk to the Hilton and have a quiet place to come back to at the end of the day. The shuttle service around the area was amazing considering I didn’t bring a car. I will definitely be back for that view alone! »

« This was our first visit to the Destin/Sandestin area and we loved this area! Beautiful resort, lots of things to do within walking distance or you can take the tram. Beach is less than 2 miles away. We will definitely be back! »

« We absolutely loved this property and the property manager BETTE! She got us in our property early due to an early arrival flight, she met us and our kids to let us in so we weren’t stuck driving around with exhausted kiddos and a rental car full of luggage and groceries. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! I even texted her asking for the name of the mattress topper so I can get one for my bed at home! « This was an amazing property!! Simply nothing negative about this place. This is the nicest home we have ever stayed in with 14 years straight in the Seaside/Seagrove/Rosemary areas. The location is simply unbeatable! You won’t be disappointed with this place!! So take my next paragraph with that in mind! Now, Management was excellent through the booking process and all the way up until checkin. Then…impossible to reach on checkin day! We had an issue as the home wasn’t ready when we arrived at...
