"When I arrived, the room I was given was terrible,smelled damp,but after I complained the receptionist gave me a nice room with beautiful views,so I was quite happy. "Room smelled like cigarettes when we checked in. It was so strong and honestly made you want to throw up. We called the front desk as we could barely breathe in the room. They came up and confirmed how bad it was but sad they didn’t have another room to move us to. There wasn’t even a window in the room to air it out so we had to stay in the room coughing on the smell of cigarette all night. Honestly makes me question how much attention they give to housekeeping if someone “cleaned” that room after the last guest and thought it would be ok to allocate another guest to."
