Summary: Welcome to the Loft! This standalone penthouse features a terrazzo-finished outdoor lounge, on-demand gas firepit with live succulent accents and high end, luxurious Hot Tub! This second story loft offers an open floor plan with living room surrounded by fully equipped kitchen, laundry closet, and spacious master suite, entertaining up to 5 guests! \- Only 10 minutes from Sweetens Cove Golf Club \- For the loft only. In proximity, the main house sleeps 8 and is available in our other listing! The Space: The loft has an open floor plan with a spacious living room and entertainment area featuring a 65" flat screen. Off the living room is a fully equipped kitchen which provides all the appliances and cooking supplies that you will need during your stay. The laundry closet is opposite the kitchen and offers the convenience of an ensuite washer and dryer. This is a private property on 74,052 sq ft lot, there is the main house and a separate second story Loft” about 50 feet away, those are the only 2 buildings on the property. This listing is exclusively for the Loft which has its own parking and private entrance. "Are the home and the loft connected?" The main home (4 bedrooms, 4 beds) and the penthouse (1 bedroom, 3 beds) are separate buildings, about 50 feet away from each other. They are not physically connected! They each have their own living rooms, their own kitchens, their own laundry rooms, etc :) "Does the Loft both have bedrooms, kitchens, living room etc?" Yes! The loft has 1 bedroom and 3 beds. The photos on our listing are the loft only. It has 1 bedroom which has a king bed, queen bed, and en suite full bath. There is a queen bed in the living room. It also has a full kitchen, living room, laundry room, and outdoor patio with hot tub, grill, couch and chairs, etc. "Is there parking for multiple cars?" Yes, our driveway can accommodate 6-10 vehicles. The roads are paved and any type of vehicle can easily get to the property. "Is the home gated?" No, the property is not gated. It's located almost at the end of a quiet street with very little through-traffic, only a neighbor or two now and then. "What kind of levels does the loft have?" The loft has about a dozen stairs leading to the 1 bedroom 1 bath separate building, which has king, queen and a full bed. "Do you have a pet fee? Weight or breed restrictions?" Yes, we require a pet fee (dogs only, no cats). If the platform allows you to select that you’re bringing a pet, please choose that option when booking, and the pet fee will be added to your pricing breakdown. You’ll be able to see the exact fee before confirming your booking. We have no weight or breed restrictions. Pet fees are due when making your reservation. A single pet fee allows up to one dog during your stay. Pets must be respectful of the space and must not damage the home in any way. Dogs must be crated when you're not home or if they're unsupervised. "Is there a Keurig machine in the loft?" There’s a Keurig and drip coffee machine in the loft, so 2 coffee machines total (ie, we have 1 Keurig and 1 drip machine). "What kind of grill do you have?" We have a propane grill that you're welcome to use, and we provide the propane. We also have a propane heater for cozy outdoor use and a propane firepit to make magical memories with family and friends on the patio. All propane gas is provided when you arrive at no cost. “What’s the minimum age requirement for booking?” Our minimum age required to book is 21 :) “Do you offer payment plans?” By default, full payment is required to confirm your reservation. We can’t control payment plans on our end, but in the unlikely event that one is available, you will see the option when booking. "How many TV's are in the loft?" There are 2 giant high definition 4K TV's (one in the living room + one in the bedroom) along with lightning fast Wifi throughout the loft for on demand entertainment. "What are the roads like? Specifically, are they paved and can a regular vehicle make it with ease?" The roads are excellent and entirely paved. Any vehicle of any type, big or small, can make it with ease, yes! "Do you offer discounts?" You will get an automatic 10% discount if you book at least 7 nights and 15% discount for monthly stays. "How private is the outdoor area and hot tub in relation to the neighbors?" It’s quite private, you can’t see any neighbors from the hot tub or outdoor space. Simply relax and indulge yourself in the beauty of the moment. PS: Just in case it's not clear, you do NOT get BOTH houses on the property for the price of one. We get dozens of kind people asking this question. Great kitchen and huge living area, & all well-appointed. We didn't get to enjoy the spacious outdoor deck amenities, but they are wonderful as well. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The outside deck and hot tub were an added bonus, and provided an extra space for relaxation. The loft is up a mountain and fairly private. There are several deer in the neighborhood so be aware driving in.
