"I loved my stay here. The property was beautiful and you can tell they put effort in the smallest detail. Our room was clean and well air-conditioned. The hotel staff working the front desk were AMAZING. Super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was complimentary and they had a nice selection. The only uncomfortable moment was the woman working to maintain the breakfast area. She was rude to the gentleman working in the kitchen (my assumption). She then proceeded to be rude to myself and other guests making us feel like an inconvenience. BUT! With that being said it was truly worth the stay and I would book again. "

"the staff is really nice and kind especially the filipino guy. i forgot his name. and i really like the unlimited cold drink for the hot weather. i love also the view outside the cowinichan bay it really makes me relax and very comfortable. "
