Getting Around: The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. You’ll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too! Other Things to Note: Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. \- Please note the condo is on the 11th floor. There is an elevator, but in the unlikely event the fire alarms sound, you’ll be required to walk down the stairs. \- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay. \- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. \- Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in. \- All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay. \- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. \- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted. \- The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed. \- BBQ grills are available in the designated “Palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50. \- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it. \- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. \- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. \- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. \- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. \- Pets are not allowed at this property. \- Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine. The master bathroom had little to no lighting. Need more blankets and kitchen needs to be a bit more equipped. The cable tv and tv’s were a plus and bathrooms in every room were great the condo just needs a bit more cleaning before/after each stay. Also, the hallways to the condo need to be better kept. And the carpet on the stairs looks extremely dirty! The condo had a great view! The lady in the front office is extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. We desired to get away for Christmas this year and the vote was to come back to SPI but because the stay would be longer we wanted more space and comfort. This space provided just that, nice rooms with a view, easy access to the beach, pool/hot tub, and amazing sunsets. Can't wait to visit again! ##### Joseph M.
