The dining table sits eight, the living area is also very spacious. Master suite has a king size bed, a 40” HDTV with a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has 4 twin beds and a private full bath. The pool / garden are common areas. Most families prefer to use the pool privately, so guests in Unit #1 and Unit #2 typically take turns using the pool while the other family goes to the beach. Casa Aventura Unit #2 is a unique and stylish 2 story building with plenty of natural light throughout the home. With its 1600 sq. ft. 2-bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, the home can comfortably accommodate up to seven guests. Only a block and a half from the beach, close to a small market store, and within walking distance to many stores and restaurants! Though we liked the house, pool, and amenities the photos need to be updated as there were changes we didn’t expect. All in all though we enjoyed our stay! ##### Melissa J. Manager was always quick to respond to messages. Check in and out were very quick and easy. House comes with everything you need. Especially liked the patio with a swimming pool and gas grill. I loved the fact there were two bunk/pullout style beds for my boys. Property was nicely cleaned and disinfected literally as we were arriving. The beach is on the corner of the block of the property as well as a convenient store on the corner closer to the property. The only issue we had was with the code to the door but it was resolved very quickly with a phone call. Thank you for renting to us! ##### Bianca G.
