Love the proximity to the beach and the pool. Jerry was great at communicating. The property was clean and beautiful. Parking is an issue if you have more than two vehicles. My only suggestion for improvement is a new vacuum, a dust pan for the broom and some door mats. Trying to keep the sand under control when you are at the beach is a never ending battle!
