The three-bedroom, two-bath condo is located in the Saida Towers, a gated, family-friendly complex with 24/7 security that has been a favorite of families and Winter Texans for many years. We have three swimming pools (one heated in the winter), three hot tubs, tennis courts, and a poolside bar and hamburger hut open in the summer. Our extra-large balcony, furnished with a picnic table and deck chairs, is a great place to watch the beach, the ocean, pool area, lounge with a good book, or enjoy cocktails and dinner! Up to 10 guests can sleep in our approximately 1450 sq ft condo. The primary suite has a king bed, the corner room has 2 double beds, and the third room has 2 twins over full-size bunk beds. The beautiful kitchen has a large bar area and granite countertops and is well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, a toaster, a blender, and a coffee maker. \*3 Pools & 3 Hot Tubs, poolside drink & snack bar \*Beachfront view \*Direct beach access with rinse station \*Resort Amenities: Shuffleboard, tennis, and rentals WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.
